Baking Supply Store

I'll have food, like hot dogs ect.

I'm doing the blues clues thing, but I don't wanna spend a ton in decor that ill just throw away anyhow. So I may just decorate with blue streamers, get the plates and napkins. Blue tablecloths. Balloons.

I'll buy the blues cake pan and make the cake myself, (for his first bday I went all out and now regret it because he was not pleasant and I felt like I blew my money).

Or should I do to Gabba Gabba and have a tiered cake made of the characters, get balloons and put the faces on em.

Have a candy bar, and finger foods.

Decorate with primary colors and have plates and napkins in the colors??

I can't decide which I want.

Plus am I taking the cheap route?? I don't wanna skimp on it but I don't want a big bash.

Any ideas??
