should i eat this??

ive been eatting alot of sugar lately i guess. like ive been eatting cereal and i put sugar on my cheerios and such. and weve had this cake that ive been picking at and cookies so ive been eatting those. dance is starting soon so ill get a workout but i really want to eat this betty crocker chocolate chocolater fudge warm yummy cake =] its only 150 calories, 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, but .5 grams of trans fat. i heard somewhere that trans fat is horrible and that you cant work it off. so should i still eat it??? for 1/2 a gram?

I really wouldn't worry about 1/2 a gram.
